Mayhem in Marquette – Pot Luck Tournament & Optional Sunday Downhill Ski

When:

The 1 day potluck tournament will be on Saturday January 18, 2020, 9am-7pm. Registration is at 8am and the Arrival/Team Meeting is at 8:30am Poolside, full attendance is Mandatory.

Format:

Potluck Teams – Random Teams will be comprised from all players registered with a round robin format.

There will also be (2) Kids Games & (2) Underwater Rugby Games. Please sign up for them on the entry form.

Entrance to the pool is the side entrance door #37 adjacent to the practice football field.

The pool is a 25 yards x 6 lanes, 3.5 – 10 feet deep with long slope and great visibility. The floor is smooth 1″ tiles.

Player Fees:

Adults: $55.00 per player which includes: Tournament fees, Food & Drink at the pool and an all you can eat buffet dinner after Saturday’s play.

All Students: $40.00 per player which includes: Tournament fees, Food & Drink at the pool and an all you can eat buffet dinner after Saturday’s play.

Step 2: Fill out sheet electronically fully and email electronic copy back to Brendon. All entries must be received before January 13, 2020 to avoid a $10.00 per player late fee penalty. Print off Roster Spreadsheet, Mail Spreadsheet along with entry fee cheque to:

Time Line:

January 13, 2020 – Deadline for entry fee, mailed checks must be postmarked by this date ($10.00 per player penalty if paid after Jan. 13, 2020), or paypal as a group.

January 16, 2020 – Final deadline to participate, no players/teams will be admitted after this date. Finalized rosters must be submitted electronically. Add $10.00 per player late penalty to registration.

No Refunds after January 16, 2020.

Cost: Group Rate is $94.00 plus tax for a 2 queen bed room. The cut off for the block reservation rate is January 3, 2020.

Banquet/Awards:

Following the Pot Luck tournament (sat), there will be an all you can eat buffet dinner, with pop/water/coffee/tea (included in the tournament cost) and the Pot Luck Team awards will be presented at this time.

They have a side room in which our group will eat. Dinner starts at 7:30pm and closes at 9:30pm.

After Party:

There will be an after party at the Ore Dock Brewing Company, following the dinner at the Hong Kong Buffet. This is located in the downtown area of Marquette. They have many fine brews on tap and a great atmosphere.
